We've reschedule the server maintenance for Friday May 9th at 7:00 PM Pacific. We will be down for up to 4 hours. The timeframe works the best for our customers around the entire globe.

Update
We were unable to complete the maintenance within the scheduled time. Fortunately we didn't have downtime last night, however, the upgrades weren't finishes so there may be some intermittent performance issues with the website today resulting in 2-3 minutes of downtime for each incident. We will complete the maintenance tonight which will remove this performance issue.

The database will be down for hopefully a short period of time as we move to clustered storage. The clustered storage provides us another layer of redundancy. It allows a single machine to go completely down without interrupting the operations. Additionally, the new database storage is very fast and should improve reliability and performance. Sorry for the short notice, this is being down off hours to avoid any major issues and the performance increase is urgently needed.
