Yesterday we had an issue where the websites were down for an extended period of time. This happened early morning hours until near the start of business. Our servers were rebooted for standard maintenance. After the reboot the virtual machines affecting the websites did not automatically come back online. We've optimized the server so that the resource limitations that cause the problem shouldn't happen again. We are also still working on updating the internal systems so these downtimes automatically trigger Notifications like they did before.
